This internship is an exciting role in which you will be supporting all TBASH consultants, customers and host promotions. You will assist in the Marketing, Communications and Operational side of this part of the business allowing you to rotate and explore the company.Could you be our next natural ingredient? The right candidate will have the ability to manage their workload to tight deadlines in a challenging and pressurised environment where change is the norm, as well as excellent communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Reporting to your line manager and update them regularly Engaging directly with the other departments involved with TBSAHMonitoring the consultant websiteCommunicating with various types of customers and consultants via phone, email or letter communications.Helping to ensure TBSAH is a successful and efficient retail channel for The Body Shop®JOB REQUIREMENTS:Contributing to creative design and content and ensuring communications are on-brand and in line with copy approval guidelinesAct as a brand champion in this exciting business channelAssist with all TBSAH events planning activity including print materials and catalogue productionsYou will need at least one year’s experience in a similar role or design experience/qualificationStrong interpersonal skills and a passion for the beauty industryBe able to handle a pressurised environment and have superb time-management skillsA good level of knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and InDesign is preferredMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:You must be eligible to work in the UKYou must be on track to attaining a minimum 2:1 for your degreePlease note that once you have submitted your application the Graduate Team will be reviewing it at the first available opportunity.
