About Talent Development Program

A fully paid, 12-month internship opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals who want to kick-start their career and learn from the best in L'Oréal Poland and Baltic Warsaw Office, followed by a possibility of further development in L'Oréal Group.

As a part of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for:

·  Active participation in daily activities of e-commerce sales team
·  Creating premium online shopping experience according to brands' strategy (L'Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, NYX PMU, Mixa)
·  Organizing e-commerce content according to brand priorities.
·  Building effective business relationships with the E-Clients.
·  Implementing annual e-commerce promotional plans in line with the strategy.
·  Finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about E-Client’s behaviors, monitoring competing brands.
·  Cooperation with digital, marketing and trade marketing teams.
You're the perfect match, if you have:

·  Gained your first experience in e-commerce, sales or digital.
·  Are a student or recent graduate.
·  Are up to date with the newest E-Commerce trends.
·  Are able to build long-lasting relations with your clients.
·  Are analytical, result oriented and experienced with Excel and Power Point.
·  Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment.
·  Are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills.
·  Are a good planner with excellent project management skills.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labour law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carry out on the basis of the given consent with accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
