During this internship period, you will gain exposure to a broad network of business stakeholders and interact with hiring managers & business leaders on our newly launched Employer Value Proposition (EVP). This is a great opportunity to understand Talent Acquisition as an important role to help attract candidates of the same fit and retain employees.

Internship Period: 6 months

We’re looking to hire a Regional Talent Acquisition Intern – Employer Branding, supporting a wide range of local and regional business groups to engage and excite potential candidates and employees.           

Key responsibilities:

·  Work on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, videography to execution of social media campaigns
·  Work closely with Regional Talent Acquisition team to improve candidate engagement
·  Identify the tactics and platforms to effectively reach potential candidates
·  Create monthly reports on key marketing metrics

The ideal candidate should have:

·  Passion to build people network
·  Interest in project management
·  Strong photography and videography skills
·  Strong Adobe photoshop and/or Illustrator skills
·  Creative and innovate mind (we want your bright ideas!)
·  High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
