Join our Customers  Supply Services team in the capacity of a Project Manager

EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Think strategic by taking ownership and by managing & driving key projects in the Customer Supply Services Team in a working environment characterized by a strong team spirit.

Act Tactical and work with a high level of agility and business acumen to support the Project Management for our multi-divisional Customer Supply Services (CSS) on continuous improvement with focus on Credit and Customer Care with the opportunity to take on the responsibility for own projects.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

As Project Manager you will:

·  Support project managers in Credit & Customer Care
·  Work closely with the team to find opportunities, design and drive multi-divisional solutions
·  Support the definition of resources and the change management for projects with focus on synergies, harmonization and automatization linked to Customer Supply Services
·  Work with all stakeholders to guarantee the right alignment between the solution and business needs on the continuous improvement of processes in Credit & Customer Care
·  Ensure the spreading and implementation of best practices as well as the documentation of processes
·  Analyze existing databases and recognize patterns in data and seize harmonization opportunities as well as arrange optimization of processes and data maintenance with focus on Customer Master Data
·  Formalize demands in coordination with IT
·  Plan and conduct SAP tests (with other key users’ support)

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

·  Languages: English (must have), German (optional), French (not necessary)
·  High level of initiative, ability to work under pressure and a strong ability to work as part of a team
·  Excellent analytical skills, fact based
·  Knowledge of SAP
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Ability to handle and analyze large data (e.g. PowerBI)
·  Curious mindset that’s eager to learn and improve
·  Comes up with and implements innovative ideas
·  Agility, responsiveness and an eye for priorities.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with colleagues and contacts
·  Solid organizational skills with attention to details
