[L'oreal Korea]  Demand Planner - Corporate SCM-CPD team (Consumer Products Division)

[Job Summary]

DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING 

·  Manage demand planning for high level of forecast accuracy and fulfilment.
·  Implement continuous improvement for quality of baseline, promotion and launch forecast based on understanding on/offline channels through collaboration with division.
·  Lead regular meetings between division or zone in accordance with S&OP.
·  Responsible for supply planning for inventory optimization with minimizing shortage, excess & obsolete.
·  Execute procurement and monitor shipping schedules based on reviewing safety stock level.
·  Manage KPIs to achieve targets.

[Qualification]

·  Bachelor’s degree
·  +3~7 years
·  SAP advantageous, FMCG Preferred
·  Fluent in Korean & English
·  Team player, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented, Excel, Cross-functional
