Your mission…
As our Key account coordinator for chain retail, your role is to support Key Account Managers (Sweden and Norway) in their client meeting preparations, analysis, and presentations as well as with their assortment work and analysis.
Day-to-day administrative and operational matters. You will be instrumental in following up on all aspects of operations and execution of all pre-negotiated deals and activities by the e-KAMs. You will also support and secure our clients in daily administrative tasks, questions, and problem-solving.

You are proactive and open-minded, and you are ready to challenge the current way of working to foster a more effective working day for you and the team you are supporting. You will be reporting to the Commercial Director of Chain Retail Channel Norway & Sweden.
You will…
· Ensure assortment analysis and follow-up with different clients
· Execute client planograms
· Prepare News meeting presentations together with KAMs
· Prepare negotiation meeting presentations together with KAMs
· Follow up and analyze launch performances with different clients in different trade windows
· Follow up and analyze campaign performances and make suggestions for improving them
· Handle contract management
· Support the KAM(s) with ongoing tasks and projects
You are…
· You have minimum 1-2 years of commercial experience
· An experienced user of Microsoft Office and a super user of Excel and PowerPoint
· Having knowledge of Power Bi is an advantage but not a requirement
· Having knowledge of Business Warehouse and SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
· Analysis-oriented and handling a large amount of information from different sources
· A multitasker and appreciate working on different projects at the same time
· Comfortable coordinating with several internal stakeholders simultaneously
· Solution-oriented and enjoy providing support to KAMs
· Thriving within a structured workflow
· Have very good communication skills
· Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish. You are also fluent in English, both orally and in written
