Job Title: Manager, Supply Chain Information Management

Department – North America Supply Chain Data Center of Excellence (CoE)

Location – Clark, NJ (hybrid model)

What you will learn: 

Job Summary: 

Responsible for the management of product master data for a specific brand or category within L’Oreal North America’s Center of Excellence (CoE).

·  Manage product data for an assigned brand or category                                                          55%
·  Monitor data quality and resolve issues                                                              15%
·  Cross-collaboration with stakeholders and business partners                                                           15%
·  Manage projects as assigned by Manager (including yearly hierarchy updates)                                 15%

What We Are Looking For:  

Job Requirements: 

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required
·  Minimum 3 years of Master data experience and 5 years of relevant business experience required
·  Provide leadership and support to strategic projects and initiatives that impact our product master data and systems
·  Manage the product code creation, routing, approval, and activation processes for an assigned brand or category within the L’Oreal product catalog
·  Ability to manage leadership-delegated tasks, such as meeting representation and ad-hoc requests
·  Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner
·  Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions within the organization, including IT, marketing, transportation, brand management, finance, and packaging
·  Strong knowledge of SAP, with the ability to learn and master internal L’Oreal data management systems such as DPM and Elixpedia
·  Working knowledge of data quality, cleansing, and integration concepts
·  Knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain process
·  Proficient on Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel. Knowledge of (or ability to learn) Power BI a big plus

Essential Physical Requirements:

·  Must be able to work in Clark, NJ (hybrid) and occasionally (avg 2 times a month) travel to New York or Berkeley Heights offices- could change upon requests / projects.
