Business Assistant - 12 month FTC - CPD
to Commercial General Manager

As part of the Professional Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.
We embrace and enhance emerging trends to create the most relevant and sustainable beauty products and experiences, making them accessible to each and everyone all around the world, thanks to the diversity of our brands and their communities.
You will
What are key highlights of this role?
•Provide secretarial and administration tasks for the General Manager including extensive diary management, minute taking, collating & circulating agendas and announcements, resolving queries and preparing presentations as required.
•Arrange internal, national and international meetings, make room bookings, order catering, arrange technical support, take minutes and arrange relevant travel and accommodation.
•Organise conferences, Zone visits, Away Days, Christmas parties, team night outs and other Divisional meetings as required, within timeframes and budgets.
•Co-ordinate ad hoc projects as directed by the General Manager.
•Provide support to Management Committee members of the division in terms of their liaison with the General Manager. Provide cover when their PA’s are absent.
•Work closely with the PA to Managing Director and other PAs in the division
•Arrange inductions, schedule interviews and organise mid and end of year reviews.
•Co-ordinate expenditure including collating expenses and raising Purchase Orders.
•Set up and maintain systems, files, records and procedures to provide efficient administrative processes.
•Liaise with internal and external clients in a professional manner at all times, acting as a representative of the brands and the General Manager.
