Responsible in conjunction with the National Business Manager for management of the Woolworths New Zealand National Account. Key Account initiatives and tracking sales data to measure performance for the complete Grocery business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

·  Delivers in line with agreed annual budget (CNS $’s), Monthly, Quarterly and Annually in conjunction with NBM.
·  Liaison with relevant Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain staff to co-ordinate key account activities and ensure that client receives quality and efficient service.
·  Work with category management, product managers, and finance to create and deliver a profitable promotional program that is effective with ROI analysis to be completed and reported back on major activities.
·  Works with NBM to ensure that store coverage supports delivery of on-going CNS objectives and is line with budgetary constraints
·  Co-ordinate and conduct profitable promotional campaigns at store level. I.e. Off locations, shelf positioning and new product ranging.
·  Ensure efficient service to customers and that all complaints are promptly handled
·  Keep track of competitor activity and report significant movements to management
·  Completing all Partner Hub entries, New Line Forms and any other documentation required launch NPD in Woolworths New Zealand.

ABOUT YOU

·  You have 2 years previous experience within a similar role, in the beauty category or the FMCG industry
·  You will have excellent analytical and commercial acumen
·  You will be a natural collaborator with the ability to grow accounts
·  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  You will have great influencing and negotiation skills
·  You will have the ability to work in partnership with your account to achieve mutually beneficial outcome.
·  You will be looking for a company you can stay and grow in.
