ABOUT THE JOB
• Work with the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, supporting local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare
• Develop and maximise your territory through building strong business partnerships and driving the sell in of the retail and professional range
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the business
• Build your client portfolio with an established account base and huge development potential
• Grow your region through discovering and prospecting new, high potential business partners that will drive brand equity and revenue
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Become a culture creator in your region, working closely with all field team members in Victoria to achieve a harmonious and productive working environment
• Work collaboratively with an In-Clinic Coach who will support you in delivering educational content and ongoing brand and product training to your clinics
• Territory Covered – Up to 50kms from Melbourne CBD with some regional visits when required. Interstate travels to TAS and SA may also be required on occasion. 

ABOUT YOU
• You have a proven track record as a territory sales representative
• You have 2+ years previous sales experience within a similar role within a similar environment
• You have a passion for skincare and the knack to cold call
• You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• You possess great relationship building skills
• You have a passion for skincare
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You will have a vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
• You have had leadership experience
