MISSION : V alorisation du biomimetisme via les Green Sciences  - Alternance 2 ans

Au cours des 10 dernières années, L’Oréal a initié un travail en profondeur pour réduire l’impact de ces activités et en ancrant le développement durable dans la conception de ces produits  Face à l’intensification des bouleversements environnementaux et sociaux, L’Oréal a pris de nouveaux engagements, avec le programme L’Oréal pour le Futur : une transformation encore plus radicale, avec des objectifs 2030 en matière de climat, d’eau, de biodiversité et de ressources naturelles en cohérence avec le respect des limites planétaires 

Dans ce cadre, la Recherche & Innovation déploie le programme de transition vers les Green Sciences, dans lequel l’approche du Biomimétisme a toute sa place. 
La mission a donc pour objectif d'accompagner la R&I sur 

1. la sensibilisation et la montée en compétence du biomimetisme dans une demarche de conception de formules cosmetiques. 
2 contribution à la mise en place de methodes et outils pour faciliter la mise en oeuvre de la démarche dans nos organisation. 
3. accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans le design de leur projet. 
4 aider à construire un ecosysteme de partenaires externes dans ce domaine

You are eligible if :

·  You're preparing a  Master 1 and Master 2 (bac+4/5)
·  You're looking for a  2 years contract
·  You have to start between  September and December
·  Your school can provide  apprenticeship/professionalisation contract

Your profile:

·  Master degree in scientific field, biomimicry or nature-inspired design
·  Knowledge or experience in the use of data analysis and data mapping tools would be a plus ;
·  Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize complex information ;
·  Fluent in english, french is a nice to have.
