What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Technology Leader who has applied technology solutions to grow and optimize digital analytics. You would be responsible for executing on growth strategy for multiple divisions and channels across L’Oreal USA. You would apply broad knowledge of technology options, technology platforms, design techniques and approaches across the eCommerce and Point of Sale ecosystem to design systems that meet business needs · You will steer the design and delivery of a broad portfolio of data products across E-Commerce, Point of Sale and Market Intelligence. Be a direct partner to business product owners and manage the relationships with stakeholders such as SVP of eCommerce Acceleration, Head of Data Program, SVP of Consumer Marketing Intelligence, VP of Amazon Strategy to name a few. Develop strategies for technical excellence, high quality delivery and customer satisfaction, leveraging scalable data storage and analytics systems that enable the business and our products to scale. Be a domain expert in indirect Ecommerce & Point of scale with the ability to learn the other functional domains in your portfolio so as to maximize the influence through design till adoption. Also play a leading role in R&D of new technologies and analytics.

·  Design and implement the next generation of advanced and flexible data products to enable business growth across multi channel commerce and marketing by leveraging a thorough understanding of 1P/3P selling optimize aspects like Order Management, Media optimization, clickstream analysis, content optimization and Supply Chain integration
·  Be experienced with agile processes, and establish strong credibility with the product owners and be a leader and mentor to analysts, engineers and data scientists to help design and build modern data products backed by resilient and scalable data architecture.
·  Guide and lead 3 high performing Agile teams including automation engineers, data engineers, data scientists through road mapping, backlog grooming, design, sprint delivery, applied analytics and adoption
·  Present complex technology solutions and program status updates to top executives via non-technical and effective presentations remaining consumer focused and business value driven
·  Lead the definition of product tech/process KPIs, people KPIs and co-develop business goals in close partnership with business leads, while also implementing always on performance measurement techniques to adapt and course correct as necessary.
·  Track industry and competitive best practices, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify threats, look for novel solutions, and develop creative action plans within the e-commerce business.
·  This report will report into the Head of IT Americas Data & Analytics, NYC (AI) Tech Accelerator department

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

·  10+ years as a technology professional with at least 5 years as a Digital solutions and/or data leader managing and implementing solutions across indirect commerce, direct commerce and media domains.
·  C Level Executive facing communication and presentation skills
·  2 years of GCP specific experience including BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions, Dataflow and AI tools
·  Strong experience in forming and managing high performing cross functional Agile teams, with experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies
·  Experience with multiple data automation and storage solutions including GCP BigQuery, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Cloud native technologies, NoSQL or RDBMS, ETL tools.
·  A Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or MBA with an Analytics focus
·  Able to perform hands on POCs, triaging and build solutions
·  Detail oriented, organized with excellent communication and problem solving skills
·  Self-confident, strong work ethic, result driven, self-motivated, able to work independently.

·  Salary Range:   $145,300 - $207,000  (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
