NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee – that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.

By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our goto-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L’Oréal into a “smart company”

Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a “design & build & pilots mode” (phase 1) to a “rollout mode” (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities.

Join our R2R/P2P (Record 2 Report / Purchase 2 Pay) Tribe in the capacity ofIT Solution Expert

R2R/P2P tribe is the team very close to Finance domain. This is the team managing all pure finance processes like General ledger, Tax, Profitability, Treasury but not only. It is also in charge of also some operational processes like Contract or Indirect Purchasing. We are looking for an SAP expert, working especially in the Payable/Treasury squad as an IT solution architect.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT

As part of a Domain of Expertise, he/she identifies and analyses the options for improvement or design of IT applications. As an expert, he may latterly contribute to the maintenance of the applications.

The position is in the solution tribe of R2R/P2P and more precisely in the AP/Treasury squad. As IT solution expert, she/he has ownership of the template related to the AP/treasury domain. She/he is designing & building the NEO template. She/he also working closely with all streamwork teams to ensure a full control of processes, end to end.

MAIN MISSIONS ON THE JOB

·  Support the domain “Product owners” and the “Solution Architect” in the definition of the business needs and translate them into specification for development/improvement of IT applications.
·  Clarify and simplifies technical concepts / solutions to facilitate action and decision making by product owner
·  Listen actively to his partners/clients to decode needs, qualify them properly and transform them in relevant technical solutions
·  Deliver the functional specifications of the applications.
·  Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on the domain processes
·  “Big picture” understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes and roles.
·  Ability to deal with complex IT / Business organizational structures, in multi-located and multi-cultural environment
·  Customize/configure applications, prepare functional tests and endorse responsibility for validating developments before application roll out.
·  Manage ongoing relationships with internal clients giving regular updates on developments and improvements
·  Manage efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors 
·  Respect proposed methodology, and contribute to secure timing, budget and resource allocation on build activities
·  Provide support on escalated maintenance issues to the Service Delivery teams.
·  During the project, dedicated to a squad in case the project is managed in Agile way
·  Rapidly acquires new knowledge on delivered IT solutions and keeps constantly teams updated enhancements in his/her field
·  Organizes at his/her level the relevant transmission of the technical and/or project management skills and “know how”

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

·  Very good knowledge of SAP (ideally S4) environment and landscape.
·  Expert in Finance module. At least, master several of the few following modules accounting, Payable, receivable, Asset, Profitability analysis, Product costing, Cost center accounting, project, material ledger, Tax, Purchase to pay, Invoice management, (SAP & Readsoft), Treasury
·  Expert in S4 functional integration with Logistic module, especially Sales and Material Management.
·  Expert in integration with other apps. Working experience with API would be appreciated
·  Capacity to formalize & conceptualize technical aspects of SAP configurations/options.
·  Very good knowledge of project methodology (ideally Agile methodology)

WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER THIS POSITION?

This position is excellent to start in NEO but more globally in L’Oreal. This is a very good starting point to grow up, in a dynamic context. To get experience and improve expertise on both functional and technical aspects. With this intense experience, she/he will quickly have the opportunity to develop with the tribe, on some other squads, or transversal in Tribe integration. Short term, knowledge and experience acquired in this position will allow envisaging growing up at L’Oreal, in NEO or outside NEO, in multiple directions like IT functional expert, IT project management, IT management...
