[Job Summary]
· Motivate, manage and develop clients within a given geographic area for a specific brand portfolio.
· Achieve sales goals and qualitative and quantitative goals set by regional sales managers.
· Control sell-out and sell-out of customers under his/her responsibility, and develop action plans (reduction in sales) with the manager, especially using sales panel and CRM tools.
· Ensuring the brand image expressed at the point of sale, :
· Advise beauty consultants/managers and teams in stores and estheticians in salons to inform about launches with a focus on sales messaging and engage in business training based on store needs and business challenges. Create challenges to drive sales.
· Sell your event to decision makers within your hair salon by demonstrating your potential. - Including a passionate advisor/team at the point of sale to ensure sales events are implemented correctly and to monitor the achievement of event objectives.
· Enforce merchandising compliance at the point of sale. - Sales event service provision quality management and report creation
· Carries out competitive intelligence to the point of sale. - Identify opportunities and acquire new customers according to the goals set by the brand. DPP specification
· Maximize your market share (ISMS) within the salon by implementing all product categories and ensuring that the maximum number of different recommendations are made in relation to the potential of the salon.
· DPP: Ensures effective training partnerships (recruiting clients for training, attending events, etc.).
· Conduct regular development interviews with clients to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities (training, consulting and development interventions, further recommendations, etc.).
· Responsible for the Cheongdam region of the LPP brand's core region, and supports key account HQ and managers in all regions. And we plan new things by collaborating with teams and related departments.
[Qualification & Preferred]
· University graduate
· 1~3 years
· at least 1 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry as a Product Manager
· Fluent in both Korean and English
· Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
