Join our multi-divisional Customer Supply Services Team  in the capacity of a Data Scientist

EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Think strategic by taking ownership and by managing & driving key projects and content in the Data area, ensuring a suitable basis for decion-making in the Customer Supply Services Team, in a working environment characterized by a strong team spirit.

Act Tactical and work with a high level of agility and business acumen to support the data and reporting developing for our multi-divisional Customer Supply Services (CSS) with the opportunity to take on the responsibility for own projects.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

As Data Scientist for the Customer Supply Serivces you will:

·  Transform data into useful information and insights for business decisions
·  Analyze existing databases and recognize patterns in data and seize harmonization opportunities as well as arrange optimization of processes and data maintenance 
·  Develop multi-divisional reports, analysis & BI dashboards for Credit and Customer Care
·  Work with stakeholders’ team on developing key performance indicators
·  Conduct ad-hoc analysis as well as consult colleagues in Customer Supply Services in this regard
·  Prepare and provide material master data exports, coordinate interface optimizations 
·  Support projects with a focus on data 
·  Provide support and conduct trainings on Analytics

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

HARD SKILLS:

·  Languages: English (must have), German (optional), French (not necessary)
·  High level of initiative, and a strong ability to work as part of a team
·  Resilience & Agility
·  Excellent analytical skills, fact based & interesting in data engineering and data science
·  Ability to handle and analyze large data (e.g. PowerBI)
·  Programming skills (e.g. Python/R, SQL)
·  SAP knowledge recommended
·  Curious mindset that’s eager to learn and improve
·  Comes up with and implements innovative ideas
·  Agility, responsiveness and an eye for priorities.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with colleagues and contacts
·  Solid organizational skills with attention to details
