ABOUT THE JOB
L'Oréal Australia & New Zealand’s Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients. Operations have an important responsibility to focus on uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety and our environmental commitments.
· Responsible for daily allocation of funds from bank statement to debtor's accounts
· Reconcile general ledgers
· Coordinate customer credit upload files (e.g. staff allocation and customer uploads as required)
· Create Purchase orders, including annual framework POs for Customer Service/Credit related activities
· Prepare and distribute customer claims set up in the Promax system
· Follow up with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure claims accepted/rejected within agreed timeframes
· When claims are authorised by finance, key claim into the Promax system
· Maintain spreadsheet of unresolved claims
· Work with the Credit Control team and the divisions to ensure follow up of any unresolved claims/queries
· Manage e-Boutique accounts including reconciliations and refunds
