Job Title Manager, Supply Chain Data

Division: PPD Supply Chain

Location: Clark, NJ

What You Will Do:  

This position is responsible for technical and reporting support to meet divisional objectives. Position responsibility requires frequent interaction with Finance and Demand Planning in addition to other internal departments.

·        Coordinate reporting used in executive level meetings

·        Reporting creation and support for Supply Chain teams

·        Process improvement and automation enhancements

·        Master data management

·        Database management of Key Performance Indicators and Finance data

·        Use technical knowledge to bridge the gap between corporate data and Supply Chain business needs

·        Assist in onboarding new Supply Chain employees

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

·  BA/BS degree, preferably in technical and/or business field (IT, Supply Chain, Analytics, etc.)
·  3+ years’ experience
·  Strong data analytic skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel using Power Query and Power Pivot.
·  SQL experience
·  Dashboard software knowledge, Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
·  Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet commitments.
·  Self-motivated and results oriented.
·  Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence functional groups.
·  Ability to engage in healthy conflict, effectively problem solve within a team environment, and demonstrate resiliency.
·  Demonstrates commitment to internal and external customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Intermediate to advanced skills in SAP preferred.
·  Basic to intermediate VBA or programing knowledge
