-      Monitor training effectiveness of content delivered through post-training assessment and feedback

-      Ensure training needs are met and aligned with Marketing plan and Sales strategy

-      Ensure frequent communication and feedback among markets and other functions

Job Requirements：

-      Responsible for Education budget management for the region

-      Minimum 2-5 year of training experience

-      Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT
