The Science and Formulation Processes Invention Domain, in Advanced Research, has the mission of inventing new performance formulation technologies and fuel new territories of innovation.

Within the ADME & Active Delivery group, the Active Delivery team develops formulations to control skin absorption and stabilization of cosmetic active ingredients.

We are looking for a Research Engineer in formulation’s physical chemistry.

·  Propose and conduct research projects related to the development of innovative formulation systems adapted to complex active ingredients (exctracts, enzymes, nucleic acids, etc.)
·  Identify technologies to stabilize these assets
·  Carry out the physico-chemical characterization of these systems
·  Ensure the associated scientific and IP watch
·  Work in project mode and establish partnerships with other internal and external laboratories.
·  Communicate and share the project’s achievements

·  An engineering degree / Master’s Degree / PhD
·  Two to three years of experience in the formulation of dispersed systems (colloids)
·  theoretical and practical Knowledge of encapsulation processes
·  The desire to work in a multidisciplinary team and in an international environment

·  Endowed with good team spirit and communication skills
·  Organized, autonomous, motivated and committed
·  Proactive, curious, endowed with a critical and rigorous sense
·  Fluent in both written and spoken English
