Located in Warsaw, we build an international relationship matrix, learn roles and legal requirements across Eastern Europe thanks to the collaboration with 15 countries.

We expect that you succeed in:

·        Ensure timely completion of all transactional tasks enabling to close the monthly/quarterly/semester or year-end financial statements

·        Calculate and post provisions according to group methodology/requirements

·        Manage system interfaces & reconciliations

·        Perform Payroll booking

·        Perform re-invoicing to other IC entities

·        Prepare intercompany reconciliation and transfer pricing

·        Prepare internal control reports

·        Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and review

·        Prepare and submit group consolidation reporting

·        Prepare reports and liaise with external auditors

·        Follow target accounting and controlling processes and group norms

·        Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality

·        Participation in group and local financial projects to improve processes

We are looking for:

·  University degree (ACCA, CIMA would be an asset)
·  Knowledge and experience in accounting/finance area
·  Experience in group and statutory financial statement preparation
·  Analytical ability, accuracy and meticulousness
·  Ability to work under time pressure
·  High interpersonal and communication skills
·  Fluent in English; knowledge of other language(s) will be an asset
·  Advanced knowledge of SAP
·  Knowledge of FCT Blackline
·  Proficient in MS Office (mainly MS Excel)
