Make Up Expert for Luxury Division

Now we are looking for a Make Up Expert!
You will…
Be responsible for representing the brand as a true ambassador, offering our customers’ excellent service at all times instore and online. You must have a passion for make-up and have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. You must be confident in educating customers and beauty advisors on the latest make-up tips and techniques and helping to promote brand awareness through in-store events. You will represent the brand make up expertise in front of press and all brand’s audience, online and in store and collaborate with marketing on event development, animation & product feedback.
Responsibilities
Master Category Knowledge
· Have full knowledge of all brand axes, products and services
· Attend, engage and participate in brand training, and implement afterwards
· Monitor Icon products
· Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the beauty market
· Be able to offer a high level of expertise in terms of makeup techniques and personalized service
Execute Business & Operations
· Generate sales growth through execution of exceptional service in store, animations, events.
· Be aware of account and personal targets and key performance indicator targets
· Manage stock levels, following brand and POS needs
· Offer creative ideas to generate new business with focus on product launches and anniversaries
Drive Selling Process/Techniques
· Build up and strengthen customer loyalty
· Generate retail sales through the successful execution of in-store events and strengthen brand loyalty
· Make appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations
· Use confident communication and presentation skills when dealing with customers in store and online
Foster Service Attitude
· Deliver luxury service at all times
· Shows passion for people and products
· Follow grooming guidelines to promote the brand image
· Maintain a clean and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules
· Create welcoming, inspiring and personalized experiences with all customers at all times
Leadership & Coaching
· Coach peers & follow up and give feedback to Training Manager and Field Manager
· Share artistry know-how and experience with customers and BAs
· Work effectively with colleagues in store, in the field and in head office
· Coach and lead by example the brands retail tactics for retail excellence
Advocacy & Online Representation
· Participates in PR events, online events
· Develop a goodwill relationship with journalists, influencers and other media population
· Contribute to brand’s make up expertise offline and online
