What are we looking for?
Now we are looking for an ambitious and strategic Division Controller for our L’Oréal International Distribution (LID) team. LID is a new Go-to-Market multi-division structure, which will mainly work in APAC with regional or national distributors and, in specific cases, directly with certain regional retailers or directly via e-commerce (multi - country sites).
The role of the LID Division Controller will be a strategic one reporting to the APAC LID GM.

Be responsible for forecasting distributor P&L, monthly tracking of actual performance & reporting and support SG subsidiary in GL Accounting, Compliance, Reporting as per IFRS, Group Reporting and Audit
·
Be single point of contact for Finance
·
Draft the Plan, Budget and Trends
·
Produce monthly reports for tracking P&L by distributor by region
·
Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities
·
Oversee the accounting activities related to LID carried out SG subsidiary
·
Co-ordinate with distributor on all finance/ supply chain requirements
·
Support in all SAP related developments for LID
The ideal candidate should have:

5-8 years controllership experience, preferably in an MNC in FMCG sector with regional exposure
·
Being able to interact with multi-business unit, different countries. Strong capability to manage complexity
·
Quick learner, able to understand different business model
·
Agility mindset, good culture adaptability
·
Skilled in Finance / Distributor Management
·
Proficient and efficient user of Reporting / Financial Systems ( SAP)
·
Education: CA / MBA
