JOB PROFILE (Education, years of experience and technical competencies required)
· in: INDUSTRIAL DESIGN /ARCHITECTURE/RETIAL DESIGN/INTERIOR DESIGN
· 3 years’ experience- minimum
· Project Management experience in Retail Design and Merchandising department
· Budget management and vendor management
· Detail oriented and pragmatic
· Very operational mission
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (Principal activities for the position)
· Design and technical drawings ( 3d renderings Sketch-up + production plan)
· Project management & Budget > follow up
· Bidding / call for tender / vendor management and development
· Quality control and follow up of projects from design / concept to installation, visual strategy and punch list
· Coordination with commercial team and client
· Strategic Ranking analysis & Database creation & follow up
· Presentation on Brand Roll out and strategy / Performance studies before and after launch action
· English (Spanish and French are a plus)
