L’Oréal Czech Republic is looking for a new colleague, who will take over the Key Account Supply Chain Manager position for our key clients.

YOU WILL:

Build relationship with the client based on the sharing of information in order to ensure the best service while optimising stocks and costs over the entire chain.

· Animate regular supply chain meetings with the client.
· Build the roadmaps with the clients
· Follow the supply chain performance and coordinate improvement projects (demand, physical distribution, sales…)
· Follow the stock in trade and propose actions for optimisation.
· Follow the cost indicators and propose the actions for optimisation
· Work towards Customer satisfaction through the win-win solutions
· Work crossfunctionally internally (with warehouse, transportation and commercial team)
· Ensure the distribution model with the Customer is suitable and sustainable
· Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between the Business Unit/Subsidiary and the client.
· Ensure that the supply chain processes are aligned between the customer and the Business Unit, and define a dashboard with the shared indicators.
· Analyse shortage causes, including the ones on shelf, and propose actions both internally and with the client.
· Initiate innovative approach to client’s supply chain management.

YOU ARE the one, if you:

· Have a University degree (ideally from economics or technical fields)
· Have relevant experience in logistics, at least 3 years (ideally 5 + years)
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Native Czech or Slovak speaker
· Possess an excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Can promote innovative ideas and make them happen
· Are consumer oriented and open minded
· Are analytical and have an advance excel skills
