L'Oreal Bulgaria EOOD is looking for
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Account Manager in mass market division (brands L'Oreal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Mixa, Essie) will have following responsibilities:
· KAM will be responsible to service, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in line with the brand strategy
· Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
· Manage budgets , accounts sales growth and profitability in line with business unit objectives
· Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms
· Monitor the accounts' performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
· Manage frequent product launches in cooperation with marketing, retail marketing and Sales Manager
Needed profile:
· At least 3 years of experience as KAM in FMCG industry
· University degree
· Experience in managing KA budget
· Able to work in very dynamic environment
· Excellent with numbers and calculations
· Eager for achieving goals
· Positive and optimistic
· Advanced Excel skills
· Native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English
