This is a unique opportunity to drive collaboration with #1 Selective Retailer Worldwide, focusing on developing both Offline & Online business models . Reporting to Senior Key Account Manager, yet with independent scope of responsibility.

As Junior Key Account Manager you will:

·  Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brands.
·  Contribute in creation of an annual business plan/trade plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, MS) and the profitability of brands within the account.
·  Support Senior Key Account Manager in preparation of the negotiations with retailer, negotiations of key launches, merchandising space, location and stock
·  Engage and build long term relationship with retail teams to deliver sellin and sellout results, stock and profitability of Customer.
·  Establish and implement the plan including trade marketing/animation/ merchandising/training.
·  Develop strong collaboration with Luxe e-commerce and c-communication digital teams to increase the weight of eCom business.
·  Follow up of the minorations level of retailer and manage stock agreements.
·  Be constructing & monitoring client's animation plan, based on provided business frame, with ongoing support of Senior KAM.
·  Lead trade plan and slots execution for skincare & make-up category, with active involvement of L’Oreal Luxe Teams (Field, Education, Merchandising, Brand Activation Managers).
·  Negotiate trade slots execution with client skincare & make-up Category Managers.
You're the perfect match, if you:

·  Have previous experience in sales, business development (preferably within FMCG or Luxury market).
·  Have leadership, ambition and willingness to develop within exciting retail+online environment.
·  Have strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills.
·  Have curiosity & interest in Luxury Goods Market.
·  Have confidence with numbers and fundamental excel analytics.
·  Have natural networking abilities and communication skills.
·  Are fluent in Polish and English
