Who You Are :
· You are an experienced scientific communication leader in product valorization .
· You have a strong scientific or medical background with sensibility to naturalness and familiar with dermo-pharmacy universe .
· You are creative, adaptable and resilient, energized by constant collective problem-solving and learning in order to boost innovation in scientific product valorization.
· You are a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills , you demonstrate excellent listening skills, capable of taking initiatives .
· You have solid written and verbal communication skills.
What You Will Do :
· Responsible for product projects for claims validation and communication purposes. This includes creating testing plans, negotiating claims with marketing and the Claims/Regulatory groups. Track all projects and ensure that all tests are completed on schedule and provide marketing with updates accordingly.
· Clarify marketing’s wishes and objectives to laboratories on each project regarding target market, product positioning, desired advertising claims, ingredients, etc.
· Explain technical information and technologies, providing insights into ingredients and tests on products in a very comprehensible way to consumers.
· Review concepts and marketing artwork for technical accuracy and provide alternative language and technical advisement. Create product technical dossiers to support proposals and launches of new products including formula, packaging, demos and claims information.
