We are looking for an entrepreneurial and open-minded Researcher to onboard on this thrilling adventure.

YOU WILL…
·  Develop products/routine from concept to prototypes inspired from Beauty procedures. 
·  Manage cross-disciplinary research projects and communicate with other hubs across the world.
·  Establish an expertise in the field of Biochemistry, develop internal & external collaborations to assess the performance and safety through in vitro to in vivo studies. 
·  Connect and develop a network of experts in the field of cosmetology and bio-evaluation of Products.
·  Connect with internal innovation partners to address consumer evaluations, actives delivery assessment techniques & associated analytical methods.
·  Compile technical and scientific documentation to become knowledgeable expert in the field of cosmetology.
·  Connect with external partners to explore new technical solutions to overcome beauty skin concerns.
·  Monitor scientific communications, competitor technologies and suppliers.
·  Contribute to intellectual property management. Search and proceed with patent review and proceed with patent application related to projects.
·  Perform risk analysis on projects and apply quality best practices.

YOU HAVE…

·  PhD/Masters in Bio-Medical Eng./Bio-Physics /Bio-chemical Engineering.
·  Professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of in research for pharmaceutical industry/ Beauty-medical company.
·  Understanding of biological actives for skin, their mechanism of action and their In-vitro/Ex-vivo evaluation.
·  Good oral and written English and Japanese communication skills.
·  Interest to expand capabilities beyond current expertise.

GOOD TO HAVE:

·  Experience in research of beauty procedures: - pharma actives, Micro-needling, energy devices etc.
·  Experience on vivo or ex-vivo evaluations on human skin.
