Join our IT Global Business Solutions Team!

 

*** Starting from September 2020 for 6 months ***

The missions of the IT Global Business Solutions team are the following:

-          Run excellence and optimization: Ensure effective run and evolutions of Group Business Solutions in partnership with Business Key users and guarantee relevant availability and performance for existing solutions.

-          Deliver Group projects : Select, design and build new Group solutions in line with L'Oréal Business Strategy for all L’Oréal employees and all Business Units (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, HRIS, R&I, Security & Control, Operations…)

-          Deploy Group Solutions: in partnerships with the zones (worldwide) and the divisions (Luxe, Consumer products, Professional products, Active Cosmetics).

Main missions and responsibilities:

In the context of the Global IT Business solutions department, you will :

· 
       Participate in the Agile transformation initiative

· 
       Contribute to the monthly project gates at L’Oréal (Design sessions, Appropriation requests, Project Follow up, …)

· 
       Contribute to the IT transformation stream “Applications rationalization” with the Global/Zone/Entity/Country stakeholders

· 
       Become a Microsoft Teams Champion to foster collaboration & communication (One IT)

· 
      Support Service now (cloud service) usage with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers

You will learn:

· 
       Project Lifecycle and methodologies

· 
       Application rationalization methodology and toolkit

· 
       Project communication techniques

· 
      Service now modules : ITSM, PPM, APM

Your Profile:

· 
          BAC+4/+5 from an Engineering school or Business school.

· 
          Master specialized new technologies, IS, digital or equivalent is a plus.

· 
          You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills.

· 
          You are a resourceful individual who can move tasks forward through complex organizations.

· 
          You are able to work both collaboratively on group initiatives and autonomously on individual projects.

· 
          You have strong attention to detail analytically and are result oriented.

· 
          Knowledge in Microsoft suite (SharePoint, Teams…)

· 
          Service now and Power BI is a plus.

· 
          English is mandatory (C1-C2)

What we offer:

This internship will give you the opportunity to contribute to L’Oréal IT Transformation program and you will network and learn about how technology supports L’Oréal Beauty Tech. You will also have the chance to communicate with many stakeholders ; L’Oréal IT worldwide, external stakeholders (Agile coach, consultants) and other functions such as Communication or Employee Experience.
