·  Bac + 5, engineering school or university in computer science
·  Significant experience between 3 and 4 years in Digital IT Project Management
·  Good knowledge of agile methodology
·  Interest in Digital Innovation topics
·  Good level of English

·   Project/product management activities for different types and sizes of projects: management of domain or transversal projects or accompaniment of new innovative initiatives to ensure that solutions are aligned with group technical standards,
·  RUN and delivery of a pool of applications,
·   Local IT role for the divisions' international teams and for 3 specific entities with business governance managed by the divisions.

In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

L’Oréal is in a period of growth in digital and is building a dynamic and multidisciplinary team from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate our Beauty Tech transformation.

Within the O+O Domain, in the IT divisions team composed today of 8 project managers/application managers and also external consultants, you will be in charge of managing digital IT projects in a multi-project and multi-division environment

What will be your position? 

·  Participate in potentially all stages of projects from ideation, validation, design, build/test, roll out, hypercare, change and run
·  Collect and Define specifications
·  Organization of meetings, committees
·  Planning management
·  Contract & Budget management
·  Quotation validation
·  Reporting (KPIs, presentations)
·  Contribute to project /product vision & releases with product or Business owner
·  Onboard & animate users’ community
·  Manage trainings
·  Manage backlog of evolutions
·  Pilot in agile mode dev & test of evolutions & bug fixing
·  Manage UAT and Go to PROD
·  Validate deliverables
·  Manage the IT design authority of new project or important release
·  Pilot IT integrations (3rd party, L’Oréal eco-system, …)
·  Challenge Partner
·  Coordination of all the stakeholders of the project, the external partners and the L’Oréal teams (infrastructure, IT architect, data domain owner, IT Security, privacy, legal…)
·  Coordination of technical incidents resolution
·  management of external consultants
