Position Overview:

Assist the Kiehl’s Human Resources team by providing administrative and organizational support to create people and business-related solutions for client group consisting of approximately 800 employees comprised of Corporate and Field based retail employees.  Liaise between Kiehl’s HR Generalist team and the functional HR groups across L’Oreal USA to help recruit, develop, train, motivate and engage people while aligning with the overall business strategy. 

Primary responsibilities:

·Filing, reporting and auditing of all HR related data and information for client groups to ensure accuracy and data integrity;
·Act as first line of contact for employees concerning data management, recruitment, job requisitions and open jobs report. 
·Assist with new employee integration scheduling for all new field and corporate employees.  
·Manage mass communications to field/retail population
·Accurately tracking CAN’s and PIP’s for field/retail population
·Assist in admin intern program: screen resumes, schedule interviews, onboard new hire, touch base during 12 month internship, feedback from management
·HR data management
·Preparation of performance management training
·First line of contact for systems training (Field and Retail)
·Assist in corporate culture events
·Serve as first point of contact for field line managers on policy and transactional inquires; job requisition openings, open jobs report and assist with the on-boarding of new employees;
·Support recruitment efforts such as job requisition management, candidate interview scheduling and offer letter generation
·Work with corporate payroll and employee service center to resolve payroll and leave of absence issues; Work with ADP on all unemployment claims
·T&E and calendar management; ad hoc project work and reporting.
·Partner with L’Oreal Luxe Division HR and internal departments including Benefits, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, HRIS, Learning for Development and Talent Recruitment.
·Manage scheduling, expenses reports and purchase order submissions for Sales Operations

Job Requirements:                                                                                                                

·Must be recent graduate of a degree program – Human Resources is a plus, but not required.
·Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Must be able to work the required hours.
·Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning proprietary systems; knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
·Strong attention to detail, highly organized and able to multi task
·Demonstrated sense of urgency
·Demonstrated ability to think-on-your-feet and to learn the flow of the business cycles in order to develop actionable steps.
