YOU WILL...
As the HR Business Partner (“HRBP”) you will report into the HR Director – Luxe and act as the trusted advisor to a mix of Brand and functional teams and take care of the Human Resources development for L’Oréal Luxe UKI. As part of your role you will be able to quickly build strong relationships with internal managers and employees and be able to think on your feet. You will also always ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices in consultation with managers. You will be accountable for your HR KPIs and will will strengthen and promote L’Oréal's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics
In accordance with the Luxe UKI HR Frame, your mission will be as follows:
Talent acquisition and development: Be recognised as the best employer in the premium market
Attract talents and convey our Luxe specific recruitment criteria for Retail, obsession with details, brand sensitivity and aesthetic intelligence.
Select, identify and recruit a strong and diverse pipeline of junior talents.
Run a best in class integration track for the new starters.
Talent Management: boost retention and loyalty of our employees
Motivate and retain talents longer in L’Oréal and on the job.
Ensure a fair and transparent reward policy and practices; participate into individual and collective payroll revisions and changes (starter, transfer, leaver changes); follow-up on headcount and payroll cost for your remit (budget and trends) and work with the HR Shared Service team to ensure organisational chart and Luxe Divisional data is up to date.
Have proximity to your assigned population.
Talent development: Build Luxe champions to support the growth of the Division
Build meaningful long-term career tracks for everyone, based on talent conversation and appraisals.
Identify and prepare key talents for international moves, in collaboration with Paris
Co-design Luxe training plan (the “must-have”) and deliver Luxe specific trainings like Luxury Energies
Employee engagement & change management: in an agile, “simple” and friendly organisation
Outline business challenges in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organisational changes, acting as a business strategic partner
Contribute to improve the well-being at the office through creative initiatives in terms of the working environment and ways of working.
Celebrate and share successes; deliver continuous feedback to peers and Brand Mancoms

YOU HAVE...
- Releveant experience in an FMCG or Luxury environment desirable.
- Previous experience of recruitment and selection.
- Ability to coach and develop client base.
- Previous experience of change management and organisational design.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organisation.
- Commercially aware with the ability to make the complex simple.
- Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
- Strong planning and organisation skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines.
- Team spirit, commitment and strong work ethic.
- Is risk aware and builds contingency into plans.
- Good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent desirable, but not essential.
