L’Oréal Czech Republic is looking for a new colleague, who will lead the education strategy and ongoing development in our hair care business across 3 countries - Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.




YOU WILL

·  Be responsible for the brand education strategy, the ongoing development of all education activities & deliver brand education KPIs in all the 3 countries of the HUB.
·  Create and execute HUB Education strategy and annual education plan
·  Organize key education events (Congress, Color Trophy) together with the Education Coordinator and with the Brand.

·  Roll out the education strategy (on/offline/in the field): the efficiency, quality & coherence with brand image, following of brand guidelines in close cooperation with the Technical Manager and the HU Education Manager
·  Drive the Education transformation, digitalization and development based on the transformation plan in cooperation with the Transformation Director
·  Relay education content to Activation Manager & assures the drive of education activities and their visibility in communication channels (social, CRM, Trade press)

·  Analyse the performance of the education efforts in all channels & countries & gathers regular feedback and track performance
·  Report education KPIs to Brand Leader in a clear, structured and strategical manner
·  Own & Strictly follow up the Brand’s Education budget and allocation of Education Experts
·  Drive the education transformation: assures continuous education development drive by the Technical Manager and Education Manager HU

·  Relay education content to Activation Manager & assures the drive of education activities and their visibility in communication channels (social, CRM, Trade press)
·  Shares experience & best practice with the Education Tribe members (Education Development Manager & other Education Managers)
·  In case of multibrand education projects, take the initiative and lead the project on division level.  

YOU have:

·  Passion for hairdressing business with experience in marketing.
·  Min. 2+ years and field/sales/business development experience.
·  Native Czech, Slovak or Hungarian speaker and fluent English is key.
·  Independent and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
·  Experience with team leading is an advantage.
·  Project management skills and experience is a must.
·  Any experience with creating online learning formats is more than welcomed.
