Active Cosmetics Division
The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermo-cosmetics, enjoying double-digit growth in the UK and Ireland for several consecutive years as a result of increased awareness and customer advocacy. The division includes six brands: La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals, Sanoflore, Cerave and Roger & Gallet. The brands are sold in healthcare outlets worldwide, including pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spas and physician’s offices. Our brands are developed and endorsed by health professionals, including dermatologists, paediatricians and cosmetic doctors.
YOU WILL...
Be responsible for proactively assisting an ACD Commercial Controller to ensure adherence to key internal controls and to manage the commercial payment cycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a new Graduate or somebody with a financial background: We are looking for a high performing individual to assist the Sales Team in maximising profitable sales opportunities and the Commercial Controller in monitoring the commercial P&L evolution in order to promote optimal decision making within the business.
What are key highlights of this role?
•Clear commercial debt conforming to internal control procedures
•Ensure sales teams comply with promotional accrual processes and raise provisions using SAP
•Report and align on provision balances with sales teams on a regular basis
•Assist Commercial Controller / Sales teams with the preparation of account P&Ls and their interpretation
•Assist in monthly reporting cycle / construction of budgets and trends
•Preparation of key commercial reports
•Ad hoc projects to improve internal controls / reporting / efficiency of debt clearance
