LUXE DIGITIAL PROJECT MANAGER – FIXED TERM CONTRACT

As the Assistant Digital Project Manager you work along side the Digital Project Manager and support organizing, managing and following up internal/external resources in order to deliver the project/program (ex. Next Gen LORA roll out) within the defined standards, budget, deadlines and quality requirements.


You will:

•Support on NGL projects and take over the lead on NGL project for smaller brand
•Manage User Acceptance Testing & ticket system
•Manage third party integrations
•Assist smaller brand projects on EMEA IT Integration where possible
•Support PM on innovative projects - AutoReplen/ E-gift Cards etc.
•Support onModiface/ Services integration & Track discoverability plans
•Support Across all Opera tasks and share monthly updates / support on Salsify challenge
•Coordination of essential merchandising tasks / trainings
•Support on tracking queries and share monthly summaries
•Review monthly page speed report and share commentary

You have:

•·  2+ years experience in a similar role
•·  Experience using JIRA (preferred, not required)
•·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse and experienced group ofebizexecutives, general managers, and key users / subject matter experts
•A self-starter mindset with strong business judgment who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions
•Project Management skills
•SFCC eCommerce platforms
•Basic knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript (preferred, not required)
•Managing multiple medium-sized eCommerce projects or individual large-sized eCommerce projects
•A deep understanding of E-Commerce, trends and best practices
•A strong mix of analytical (GA) & commercial skills
•Working at a fast pace and adapt to an ever changing retail environment and able to hit the ground running
