Overview:

The coordinator is responsible for the artwork creation process for the Category. They will ensure quality assurance and all deadlines are met.
Job Responsibilities:
· Sets and manages the artwork creative process (and pre development process) timeline and gatekeeper of all deadlines
· Key point of contact for DMI US Specialist for artwork – to route, adapt and release on time in ESKO
· Works with creative for quality assurance and ensures accuracy of all packaging content and outcome is of high standard
· Coordinate with the US, legal, R&I and DMI to gather feedback and ensure all packaging content is accurate and meets regulations
· Drives consistent flow of information across team and key counterparts on expectations and deadlines
· Preliminary Review of artwork with claims, legal, and regulator to inform the mask
· Responsible for product comp creation with the creative services team
· Ensure decisions are made on time
· Supports Marketing team with key activities such as copy alignment; shade matching and managing claim
· Extensive proof-reading of artwork
· Attend weekly artwork status meetings
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience
· Equivalent work experience may be able to satisfy this requirement
· Project management experience in the beauty industry preferred
