L'Oréal Travel Retail, entity of L'Oréal’s Luxury Division, is looking for a Commercial Assistant apprentice:

Mission:

1-Retail excellence

·  Support of the Marketing and Retail Design Department team for brand refits and openings of brands
·   Regular update of the shop database
·  Creation of opening books
·  Support in the roll out of the gifting experience
·  Support in all counter animations (ex. Chinese new year)
·  Operational support of the RDD team
·  Support for L’Oréal luxe animations
·  Showcards for animations

2- Digital

·  Development and follow of marketing content on Air L’Oréal (teasers, contests, editorial content etc)
·  Support of the Marketing and Digital team for the perfect look and content of the Top 5 E- retailer sites
·  Support of the Marketing team in E-media in order to target global shoppers.
·  Research of new technologies in order to go further in digital retailtainment

3- Competition

·  Set up of photo library of L’Oréal Luxe and competition brands
·  360 report of 3 star launches in the market
·  Specific competition qualitative analysis in order to drive the TRM/DMI

4- Transversal

o   Support of the marketing team for internal and external events (Sales Drives Meating, Beauty Advisor Seminar, Masterclass etc)

Competences :

·  Good French and English knowledge
·  PowerPoint, Excel, Word : impératif
·  Rigor, structure, sense of detail
·  Good relation with agencies and suppliers
·  Initiative taking & Creativity

Desired profil :
