The Purchasing teamat L’Oréalis looking for his new partner

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

- Analyzes needs and manages demand: collects, understands and challenges the needs of prescribers and promotes demand management.

- Applies the AV methodology and guarantees the required functional level at the best cost.

- Defines the purchasing strategy: Organizes and gathers the elements of market knowledge, proposes action plans developed to benefit from market opportunities.

- Optimizes costs: Improves the 'cost model' based on a good knowledge of the supplier process, identifies opportunities for improving the value chain. Manages and implements productivity projects.

- Anticipates business activity and acts proactively: Contributes to building, sharing and applying the category strategy. Capture supplier innovation.

- Maximize the supplier relationship: Define and develop a portfolio strategy, drive performance and analyze P&L, provide clear feedback and follow action plans.

- Creates value and innovates: Manages complex projects, develops and recommends the best options to secure projects identified as 'at risk'

- Negotiates with integrity: uses appropriate negotiation techniques and tools.

- Operates in accordance with the principles of internal control and legal rules: implements the standard framework contract, proposes improvements and shares them with the legal department. Monitor contract compliance.

- Evaluates and manages risks: Applies the risk management policy and tools, proposes action plans, alerts the relevant prescribers.

- Drives performance and efficiency: Builds cost forecasts for a simple category, shares and verifies assumptions for budget construction.

- Animates its network of prescribers: Feeds the network with internal/external information, shares best practices, communicates / manages projects / shares supplier information with its prescribers.

- Contributes to the responsible purchasing policy: Applies the purchasing and procurement processes (Buy and Care), follows the rules of internal control

. YOUR PROFILE

You are a graduate of a Business School / Engineering School / Bac +5 University.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

You have shown proactivity and leadership in your previous position

Listening, open to dialogue and creative, you demonstrate a spirit of analysis and synthesis.

You are also able to communicate in English in a professional environment.
