2021-2022 MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM, BY L’OREAL
Meet Bobbie. Bobbie joined L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program as a fresh graduate 8 years ago. During the 12-months MT program, Bobbie experienced a tailor-made learning and development journey where he received constant career advice which empowered him to navigate his way through and ultimately reach the Senior Leadership role of his dreams.
Bobbie has always been someone who lives out the value of strong creativity and consumer understanding. During his foundational years as a Marketer in L’Oréal, he embraced the different forms of marketing that are aligned with brand strategies, together with a strong operational excellence. His passion saw him enjoying success in marketing teams across our flotilla of beauty brands – from mass distribution brands to luxury boutique brands and all the way to professional salon brands.
Today, Bobbie leads one of our brands in the role of a Brand General Manager in L’Oréal Group.

Your MT Program Journey
Our 12-months Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in key business functions of our company. We take great pride in our Management Trainees, and great respect in the work that you do. As such, your training and development plan and individual learning journey throughout the program is key to us.
The MT Development Program has 3 core components:
Rotations
· Each MT typically go through 2 impactful rotations
· 4-6 months duration per rotation
· Specific projects assigned for each rotation with performance objectives
Learning
We offer customized learning tracks according to individual development within the Group, that offer structured & diverse learning modules across technical professional skills, with intention to build expertise & shape leadership quality.
