MISSION
1. A mission to understand and work closely with other team members of process team to deliver the expected learnings and knowhow of various emulsification process, recommendation of the reactors and process design systems. On the bench work.
2. Write technical reports on the various findings time to time.
3. Making presentation on technical work performed and presenting in various forums as required.
To align with all the safety rules of the EHS etc. make sure a safe lab and office work environment for self and teammates.
WHO ARE YOU?
Level of qualification
- Must have :
1. Young Chemical Engineer or Masters or Ph.
D. [ Chemical engineering background]
2. Creative, Self-motivated and Flexible, easy to work in different cultures.
3. English communication Must have [ Japanese added advantage]
PLUS / NICE TO HAVE
1.Understanding in Reactor design, process design, small or Big scale. understanding of unit operations designed in chemical process specially, type of kettle system, Mixing efficiency of different kettle systems. Effect of heating rate/cooling rate other process parameters.. Etc. basic Knowledge of direct and indirect emulsions, colloids, surfactants Physico-chemical characterization such as Rheology, UV visible spectrophotometer, Dynamic light scattering [DLS].
2.Basic software Knowledge; windows, MS-office 2007 onwards. MS Excel is a must.
