The Large Industries-World Industrial Management (LI-WIM) is part of the Large Industries World Business Line, located mainly in Frankfurt with operating activities all over the world.
As a VIE, you will join a small and dynamic team of three people who are all based in Frankfurt. The team in international as the Manager is Finnish, the Analyst is Dutch and the Junior Analyst is French.
Mission description
The objective of this VIE position is to coordinate the maintenance and support activities for the LIRE (Large Industries REporting) tool, by developping specific dashboards in Power BI for visualization of operational data, ad hoc tasks to extract and manipulate data.
- plan and supervise corrective maintenance on LIRE tool (done by external contractor)
- perform functional tests and validate solutions provided by the contractor
- design and create dashboards in Power BI (Business Intelligence)
- perform small evolution, modifications and corrections on web tool + SQL environment
- support the worldwide LI teams with data extraction and preparation of specific smaller studies/analysis
Engineering background with strong IT skills (and interest). Experience and skills in data management/handling (database management for example) a big advantage
Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and preferably other languages, analytical thinking
