Finance Graduate Programmes - Nationwide Rotational Programme

Rotations are flexible but mainly based around the South East (Uxbridge/ Dartford/ Milton Keynes) £24,000 and a generous benefits package

The Kuehne + Nagel UK Finance team provide the financial framework which controls and supports business development, growth, profitability and transparency across the Company’s operations.

Our two year programme will see you rotate around the key areas of the finance function, developing a comprehensive understanding of these functions, and building skills, both financial and softer skills such as teamwork, time management and customer relationship management. Your time will be split between central finance teams, and experience with our local finance controlling teams in our Contract Logistics or International Freight Forwarding divisions, supporting their financial management accounting, reporting and customer relationships.

For the first 6 months, you’ll be based with one of our Central Finance teams in Uxbridge getting to grips with our finance processes and reporting systems. Then you’ll be heading out to our Freight Forwarding controlling team in Dartford before continuing on to placements within Insurance, Procurement and our Contract Logistics controlling teams. We’ve got a programme plan ready for you but we always finalise placements as you progress through your two years. Who knows what opportunities may arise during that time - we may have a new business win to get involved in, or an international secondment to support our global colleagues! We want to make sure you get the most out of the placements you take on and you’ll have a Graduate sponsor that will help guide you through your programme to ensure this happens.

As well as undertaking business placements you’ll also attend regular development workshops as part of your Graduate cohort to develop your personal/behavioural skills and experiences, and the business will support graduates to undertake further professional development such as CIMA or ACCA.

You’ll need:

• To have achieved, or expected to achieve, (a 2:2 or higher) in your degree


• Five GCSEs Grade A-C (including English and Maths) or equivalent


• A full UK driving licence and access to transport


• Determination, ambition and drive
