What is a streetwear startup intern? To be confusing, let's start with the end:
Kryptik is working hard to be a recognised brand in a sea of creative successes and failures.
Being a London based fashion and streetwear brand isn't easy. It means launch parties, photo shoots, social media campaigns, blogs, influencers and of course, designing clothing. That's a lot of things! And to be driven to do all of that and have fun along the way you need desire. You need to be passionate about streetwear and the drive to turn an idea into a reality.
The main thing an intern should have is a hunger for improvement. The best mindset is a growth mindset. This coupled with an entrepreneurial sharpness and a bit of enthusiasm is enough to help take Kryptik to market (pssst we're very close too). If you think you know fashion and have a knack that can help grow a startup then we invite you to apply for this role. Typical work activities

• Creating marketing campaigns (and online noise)
• Getting the word out; managing the Instagram account, writing on forums, contacting clients
• Organising events, e.g. popup shops and kryptik parties
• Researching clients and speaking with influencers (creatives) who can partner with kryptik
• Bringing new ideas to the table, helping the business grow and achieve sales

Desired profile

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• Attention to detail and business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills (I'll need someone who I get along with), confident with contacting clients
• Background in business, marketing, education in the fashion industry or startups
• Business savvy, creative and interested in streetwear fashion
• Organised, good timekeeping and adhering to deadlines.

Other skills

• Ability to reflect our brand voice and culture
• Keen to learn and grow in a startup
