Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and project managing all aspects of audits.
- Leading teams on the ground, reporting directly to the manager on a day to daybasis.
- Budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of projects, focusing onoptimising profitability.
- Identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex audit issues.
- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realise theirfull potential.
- Building relationships with the client staff and acting as an ambassador forthe firm.
- Reporting to audit managers and partners on all salient points arising fromaudits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified ACA or equivalent qualification.
- Recent practical knowledge of UKGAAP, IFRS and IAS.
- Recent practice experiencewithin external audit.
- Strong IT literacy, includingExcel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good working knowledge ofe-audit
- Coaches less experienced staff.
