KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Product Management Practictioner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders, Senior Executive team, and with budget and authority to fund product development and evaluate/make decisions regarding product capabilities and priorities
·  Work closely with vendor or partner/ecosystem for product success
·  Lead effort on product analytics, market research, hackathons, online forums, or interviews to get insights and an understanding of the VoC (voice of the customer)
·  Help build the product goals and objectives, according to a shared view of product priorities
·  Build a roadmap and a release strategy, from early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releases while working with key stakeholders to lead PoC (proof of Concept) efforts, prioritize decisions based on product analytics, metrics and PoC feedback
·  Define, track and communicate key product performance indicators as required to inform this process, and track business results while bringing chosen product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle; including covering delivery and support of all business capabilities including people, organizational, process and training aspects

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of five years of prior Product Management experience
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
·  In-depth and hands-on knowledge of the product development life-cycle, the client area’s functions and systems, and application program development technological alternatives
·  Proficient in industry standard best practices, which include but not limited to Coding Standards, Coding modularity/Re-use, and Application Design/Prototypes
·  Product Management certification is required
·  Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
