KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Quality Assurance to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Work closely with internal KPMG Business School teams to coordinate Quality Assurance (QA) work requests
·  Assist in troubleshooting course communications within our Learning Management System (LMS)
·  Help with integration of courses purchased from external vendors within our Learning Management System (LMS)
·  Perform System Administration of KPMG Business School (KBS) Clarizen Instance

Qualifications:

·  Minimum one year of work experience; experience in training/learning support is a plus
·  Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
·  Experience with Clarizen Project Management Software is preferred
·  Professional, multi-tasker, organized and well-spoken with strong attention to detail
