Position Summary

Global Mobility Administrator - 7 Month Contract

The Global Mobility Team is responsible for delivering the GO program in Canada. The GO program is KPMG's international assignment program where we facilitate the movement of our people on short-term and long-term assignments to KPMG offices around the world. The team also supports all international and domestic relocations for the Canadian firm and assists with Canadian immigration and permanent residency matters.

What You Can Expect in this Role

In this 7 month contract role the Global Mobility Administrator supports the team on all immigration and relocation matters.

· Case management of files
· Assisting with regular reporting for the team
· Completing Documentation requests including OHIP letters, Certificates of Coverage, TD4's etc.
· Setting up files in our systems
· Responding to General Inquiries
· Processing invoice payments and tracking
· Assisting the team with offer letters and cost sharing agreements
· Scanning and documentation of files
· Initiating Canadian immigration services (LMIA applications, work permit renewals, permanent residency applications etc.)
· Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks

· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Superior MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills
