UI/UX Designer

Job description

Upon joining the team you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Product design / Design thinking
·  Apply design technologies to business cases;
·  Support business in their lead generation process;
·  Provide UX/UI expertise at a company level;
·  Create and maintain KPMG UX/UI coherence in all our solutions;

Project management
·  Support project scope definition;
·  Analyze business and produce wireframes and mockups to support the scope definition;
·  Conduct UX/UI definition;
·  Follow day to day development and manage a development team if applicable;

Innovation
·  Study new and emerging UX concepts;
·  Ensure keeping up with the tech possibilities;
·  Follow trends and identify business opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
·  Bachelor or Master's degree in Graphical Design or Computer Science;
·  At least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer;
·  Mastering Sketch, Marvel or similar product (Illustrator, etc.);
·  Comfortable with Jira, TFS or similar project management platform;
·  Knowledge of Agile methodology, SCRUM.
·  Fluent in English, knowledge of French would be considered as an advantage;
·  We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, open-minded and sociable personality, who is flexible and eager to learn.

Strong advantage would be :
·  Experience in software development;
·  Project/team management experience;
