We invite highly motived, dynamic professionals to join our growing Audit Team.

 

We are setting up an offshore centre to cater to our business growth expansion and we would like to invite highly motivated, dynamic professionals to join our growing Audit practice there.
KPMG’s Audit professionals provide timely and accurate information for corporate governance and financial reporting. Our clients leverage our specialist knowledge in audit, accounting and regulatory compliance to manage their business risks. We are currently looking for a responsible Typist to join our team.

 

The role involves:
• Formatting and typing of accounts, reports and other documents as requested by user, etc
• Typing of accounts in XBRL format
• Accounts checking. This includes accounts casting, cross referencing checking, accounts call over and comparative figure check
• Understand the requirements indicated in the documents by user and deliver the completed document request within the stipulated time.
• Answer email queries and perform investigation
• Attend hotlines
• Attend any ad-hoc queries if any from user

 

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Possess at least ‘O’ Levels with a minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, Power point and other types of document
• Be proficient in both written and spoken English language
• Have good interpersonal and interactive skills
• Possess the ability to deal well with pressure
• Possess the ability to deliver good quality work under tight deadlines and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess good organizational skills
• Be a proactive team player who is self motivated
• Be able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment

Note
Requirement to work in permanent shift hours during peak period:-
(a) Morning – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm or (b) Afternoon – 1pm to 8 pm
