About Transaction Services:
This is an excellent opportunity for you who works within Transaction Services today and are interesting in getting an invaluable professional experience!

KPMG Sweden, has approximately 1,700 employees nationwide. At KPMG in our capital Stockholm, we have two offices and are around 800 employees. Transaction Services is the largest department within Advisory Sweden and we are part of Deal Advisory together with Capital Markets and Corporate Finance.

As one of the leading Deal Advisory businesses in Sweden, we have advised on a number of the largest transactions within the Swedish and Nordic market place with large corporates, private equity and government clients. Our services cover mergers and acquisitions, strategic advice, commercial -, operational-, tax- and financial due diligence and much more. The majority of our projects today are 'cross-Deal Advisory- projects'.

Transaction Services offers you a mobility-program with focus on Financial due diligence. This successful team with around 40 employees, will offer you an open atmosphere, good team-spirit and many competent experts as colleagues. Furthermore Transaction Services has an international setting, as most of our clients are operating internationally. Stockholm is considered to be the capital of Scandinavia and most of the Scandinavian companies have their parent-company in Stockholm.

Our expectations:
We need you to have:
-a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within Transaction Services, with knowledge in Financial due diligence
-excellent English skills, both verbal and written (Swedish language skills are not mandatory, as English is widely spoken in Sweden)
-a strong drive, interest in the field and great communication - and collaboration skills The assignment

Duration: The assignment would ideally start in the middle of January 2018 and last between 12-24 months, depending on your situation. (Start time can be flexible)
